Protection of Intellectual Property, Trademark Rights, and False Representation In accordance with German law, including the **German Civil Code (BGB)**, the **German Criminal Code (StGB)**, the **Trademark Act (MarkenG)**, and the **Copyright Act (UrhG),** we strictly prohibit any form of **intellectual property infringement, brand imitation, or false representation** related to our platform or brand identity. This includes, but is not limited to: ### **Unauthorized Use or Replication** Any reproduction, redistribution, or claiming of ownership over content, systems, or features originating from our platform is prohibited under\ \&#xNAN;**§ 106 UrhG** (Copyright Infringement). ### **Trademark Imitation or Confusingly Similar Naming** The use or registration of brand names, terms, or labels that are **identical or confusingly similar** to “Rova”, “Rova Studios”, or associated marks is prohibited under\ \&#xNAN;**§ 14 MarkenG** (Trademark Infringement due to Likelihood of Confusion). This includes: * Slight variations (e.g. “Nova Studios”, “Lova Studios”, etc.) * Similar-sounding or similarly-styled brand identities * Any attempt to misleadingly benefit from our established name or reputation ### **False Representation** Falsely claiming affiliation, ownership, or endorsement by our platform is actionable under\ \&#xNAN;**§ 823 BGB** (Damages for Unlawful Acts) and\ \&#xNAN;**§§ 186–187 StGB** (Defamation and Intentional Defamation). ### **Unauthorized Development or Reverse Engineering** Replicating, reverse-engineering, or tampering with our proprietary features or systems without explicit permission may lead to criminal prosecution under\ \&#xNAN;**§ 202a StGB** (Data Espionage). We reserve the right to pursue **immediate legal action**, including injunctive relief and claims for damages, against individuals or entities that violate these protections.
