This Terms of Service explains the rules and guidelines for using Rova Studios services, including the Rova Discord bot. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

Welcome to Rova Studios. By using our services, including our Discord bot ("Rova"), you agree to the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of our services.
Severability Clause
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid one that most closely reflects the original intent and economic purpose. The same applies in the event of a contractual gap.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By adding our bots to your Discord server, interacting with it, or using any related services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of an server, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that server.

Our services are intended for users who are at least 13 years old. If you are under 13, you are prohibited from using our services. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. User Responsibilities
When using our services, you agree to:
Use our bots in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Provide accurate and truthful information during configuration and use.
Maintain the security of any account or server configurations you manage.
You are responsible for all activity conducted through your server or account while using our services. It is your obligation to inform your members of any critical information or data you collect through our systems.

You may not:
Use our bots for illegal, harmful, or malicious purposes.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt our services.
Modify or redistribute our bots without prior written permission.
Use our services to harass, spam, or abuse others.
Violation of these rules may result in a blacklist to our services.
6. Service Modifications and Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice. Additionally, we may terminate your access to our services if you violate these Terms or other rules.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rova Studios is not liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to:
Data loss or corruption.
Server raids.
Misuse of features or configurations by you or your server admins.
8. Protection of Intellectual Property, Trademark Rights, and False Representation
In accordance with German law, including the German Civil Code (BGB), the German Criminal Code (StGB), the Trademark Act (MarkenG), and the Copyright Act (UrhG), we strictly prohibit any form of intellectual property infringement, brand imitation, or false representation related to our platform or brand identity.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Unauthorized Use or Replication
Any reproduction, redistribution, or claiming of ownership over content, systems, or features originating from our platform is prohibited under § 106 UrhG (Copyright Infringement).
Trademark Imitation or Confusingly Similar Naming
The use or registration of brand names, terms, or labels that are identical or confusingly similar to “Rova”, “Rova Studios”, or associated marks is prohibited under § 14 MarkenG (Trademark Infringement due to Likelihood of Confusion).
This includes:
Slight variations (e.g. “Nova Studios”, “Lova Studios”, etc.)
Similar-sounding or similarly-styled brand identities
Any attempt to misleadingly benefit from our established name or reputation
False Representation
Falsely claiming affiliation, ownership, or endorsement by our platform is actionable under § 823 BGB (Damages for Unlawful Acts) and §§ 186–187 StGB (Defamation and Intentional Defamation).
Unauthorized Development or Reverse Engineering
Replicating, reverse-engineering, or tampering with our proprietary features or systems without explicit permission may lead to criminal prosecution under § 202a StGB (Data Espionage).
We reserve the right to pursue immediate legal action, including injunctive relief and claims for damages, against individuals or entities that violate these protections.
Any legal disputes shall be escalated to the competent courts in Hamburg, Germany, unless otherwise required by law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our services shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Hamburg, Germany.
As Rova Studios is operated and managed from Germany, all services, legal relationships, and disputes arising from or related to the use of our platform are governed exclusively by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. This includes, but is not limited to, provisions set forth in the German Civil Code (Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch – BGB), the German Criminal Code (Strafgesetzbuch – StGB), the German Trademark Act (MarkenG), the German Copyright Act (UrhG), the German Federal Data Protection Act (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz – BDSG), as well as the applicable regulations of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
By using our services or engaging in any actions that affect Rova Studios, you expressly agree to be bound by these legal frameworks, regardless of your country of residence.

We may update these Terms periodically. Any updates will be posted on our website with the "Last Updated" date revised. Your continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Logging and Monitoring
We log all command actions, including configuration changes, setup adjustments, and permission modifications. However, sensitive data such as Roblox authentication cookies set via /set-cookie are securely encrypted and not fully logged. Only the Roblox username and ID associated with such actions are stored for operational purposes.
