This Terms of Service explains the rules and guidelines for using Rova Studios services, including the Rova Discord bot. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the custom bot ("Service"), provided by Rova Studios ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By adding your custom bot to your Discord server, interacting with it, or using any related services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of an server, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that server.
2. Ownership & Attribution
The Service is developed and owned by Rova Studios. While the bot is customized for your Discord server, it remains the intellectual property of Rova Studios.
You are not allowed to claim authorship or mislead others into believing that you created the Service.
The bot may not contain visible Rova Studios branding, except in descriptions. However, you must always credit Rova Studios as the developer.
3. Prohibited Actions
To protect our Service, the following actions are strictly prohibited:
Copying, modifying, or redistributing the Service in any form.
Reverse engineering, decompiling, or creating derivative works.
Selling, sublicensing, or transferring access to the Service.
Impersonating the Service or misleading others about its origin.
Attempting to bypass security measures or licensing restrictions.
Any violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.
4. Usage Requirements
By using the Service, you agree to follow all applicable policies:
If any conflicts arise, the general Rova Studios Terms of Service take precedence.
5. Payments & Refunds
All payments are final. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
Refunds are not supported by Roblox and are not allowed by Rova Studios.
Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in permanent revocation of access to the Service.
6. Support & Maintenance
Support is provided for 2 months after purchase.
Support includes assistance with installation, setup, and troubleshooting Service-related issues.
Custom modifications, feature requests, or continued support beyond the 2-month period are not included.
7. Bug Fixes & Updates
Bugs will be fixed as they occur, but Rova Studios is not required to send notifications when fixes are applied.
Updates and improvements may be released at our discretion, but we do not guarantee any additional features beyond the initial purchase.
8. Service Availability & Termination
Rova Studios reserves the absolute right to modify, delete, disable, or terminate the Service at any time, without prior notice.
Access may be revoked due to violations of these Terms, unauthorized modifications, misuse, or for business or legal reasons.
No compensation, refund, or replacement will be provided if the Service is discontinued.
9. Feature Limitations
The bot is provided as is, with the features included at the time of purchase.
Some features may depend on third-party services (e.g., Discord or Roblox), and Rova Studios is not responsible for any disruptions caused by these platforms.
Any future features or modifications may be subject to additional costs.
10. Liability Disclaimer
Rova Studios is not responsible for any losses, disruptions, or damages caused by the use or inability to use the Service.
We are not liable for third-party issues, including Discord or Roblox outages.
Use of the Service is at your own risk.
11. Logging and Monitoring
We log all command actions, including configuration changes, setup adjustments, and permission modifications. However, sensitive data such as Roblox authentication cookies set via /set-cookie are securely encrypted and not fully logged. Only the Roblox username and ID associated with such actions are stored for operational purposes.
12. Protection of Intellectual Property and False Representation
In accordance with German law, including the German Civil Code (Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch, BGB) and the German Criminal Code (StGB), we strictly prohibit any form of intellectual property theft or false representation, including but not limited to:
Unauthorized Use or Replication: Reproducing, redistributing, or claiming ownership of any material, features, or content originating from our platform is prohibited under § 106 UrhG (Copyright Infringement).
False Representation: Spreading misinformation or falsely claiming affiliation, ownership, or endorsement of our services is actionable under § 823 BGB (Damages for Unlawful Acts) and § 186/187 StGB (Defamation and Intentional Defamation).
Unauthorized Development: Any attempt to replicate or reverse-engineer our features or systems without express permission may result in action under § 202a StGB (Data Espionage).
We reserve the right to pursue legal action against individuals or entities that engage in such conduct and will escalate disputes to the competent courts in Hamburg, Germany, if necessary.
